Policies
The minimum notice required for a catering order is two full working days prior to the event. We understand that occasionally you will not be able to pre-plan, so our staff will make every effort to assist you in your needs. Please call our office early, so our professional staff will then begin working with you on menu selection and other aspects of coordinating your event.
A final guarantee of attendance must be provided one full working day prior to your event. This item is required to ensure an adequate staff of attendants and sufficient quantities of food for your guests. This number will be considered a guarantee and is not subject to reduction. Additional charges will be made for increased attendance.
Events or menu items cancelled less one full working day prior to the event will result in a charge up to 25% of the overall cost. Specialty items will charge accordingly and cancellations with less than 4 hours will be charge at full price.
Our manager is available to meet with you to create any menu or service you request. China, themed decor and specialty linen are available at an additional charge.
Bill will include an 8% state and local sales tax. Deliveries outside the complex will be subject to a higher charge. Any service items (for example: Pans, Platters, Bowls, Etc.) removed from the original delivery locations will be the responsibility of the individual booking the event or skybox.
